1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InstantlyPay's platform, services, or any associated applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstantlyPay provides a payment processing platform that enables users to receive same-day payouts via bank transfers or cryptocurrency wallets. Our services include payment processing, payout management, transaction monitoring, and related financial services.

3. Eligibility

To use InstantlyPay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable laws.
  • Complete identity verification (KYC) as required.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify InstantlyPay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities.

5. Payout Methods & Fees

InstantlyPay offers two payout methods:

  • Bank Account Payouts: Processed via ACH, SEPA, or wire transfer with no additional processing fees.
  • Crypto Wallet Payouts: Processed via blockchain transfer to supported cryptocurrency wallets. A 1.5% processing fee applies to all crypto payouts.

Payout processing times may vary based on method, destination, and banking hours. While we strive for same-day processing, certain factors outside our control may cause delays.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activities.
  • Processing transactions for prohibited goods or services.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.

7. Compliance & KYC/AML

InstantlyPay complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete identification documents and information as requested. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with InstantlyPay are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantlyPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstantlyPay, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulation. Upon termination, any pending payouts will be processed according to applicable regulations and our internal policies.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts, as determined by applicable jurisdiction.
